• Handle incoming calls from customers looking for information and assistance regarding health insurance options in the states where you hold a license.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to connect with potential customers and introduce them to a range of health insurance plans.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate health insurance plans tailored to their individual preferences and requirements.
• Facilitate the enrollment of prospects in chosen health insurance plans, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
• Skillfully quote, present, and finalize sales, showcasing strong communication abilities and a knack for overcoming objections.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects by making outbound calls to offer updates, address concerns, and close pending sales opportunities.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, responding to inquiries promptly, and efficiently resolving issues.
• Accept and implement coaching from sales leadership.
• Adhere to CMS standards while also possessing a comprehensive understanding of these guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and productivity objectives.
• Keep accurate customer records in the CRM system, providing clear summaries of interactions.
• Exhibit proficiency in using desktop computers, including Office applications such as Microsoft O365, web browsing tools, and other company software.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Possession of an active and valid resident health insurance license.
• Active and valid licenses in additional states are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare Sales.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
• A high school diploma is required at a minimum.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and effectively address customer concerns.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools.
• Internet Speed: Minimum 80 mbps download and a minimum of 20 mbps upload.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and monthly OIG checks.
