This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate individual DBT sessions, multifamily skills groups, and parenting and family sessions for adolescents and their guardians.
• Provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups as required for adult clients.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments related to DBT to clients to enhance their learning and track outcomes between sessions.
• Offer culturally sensitive care, taking into account the influence of cultural backgrounds on each individual's care experience.
• Collaborate with peers during weekly consultation team meetings and engage in one-on-one consultations with an expert DBT team leader.
• Co-facilitate DBT skills groups alongside other DBT providers.
• Participate in extensive training programs to improve clinical competencies.
• Clinicians must be PSYPACT eligible, with a preference for those holding current PSYPACT authorization.
• A PhD or PsyD in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an accredited graduate institution is required.
• Formal didactic training in DBT is mandatory (e.g., in-house training with consultation team, tape review, 1:1 supervision; Behavioral Tech; DBT Foundational Training; DBT Intensive Training; DBT for Adolescents training).
• A minimum of one year of experience providing comprehensive DBT to both adolescents and adults is necessary.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends to meet client scheduling requirements.
• DBT-LBC certification is preferred but not essential.
• Experience, comfort, and enthusiasm for working with clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation and/or self-harm.
• Willingness to pursue cross-licensing in additional states as needed to facilitate program expansion.
• Experience in providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual setting (video and teletherapy) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.).
