This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee both inbound and outbound calls to effectively address customer inquiries and issues.

• Deliver precise information regarding products and services while adhering to high standards of phone etiquette.

• Execute data entry tasks to update customer records and monitor interactions.

• Evaluate customer feedback and provide recommendations for service enhancement.

• Aid customers in troubleshooting problems and offer practical solutions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a professional attitude when managing challenging scenarios.


⛳️ Requirements

• Position is available exclusively to U.S. Residents.

• Property & Casualty license is required.

• Life and Health license is preferred.

• Experience with State Farm is preferred; insurance experience is a plus.

• Must be capable of solving problems swiftly and possess basic computer skills, as the role involves extensive note-taking.

• Reliable access to fast internet service is essential.

• Comfort working in the Eastern Time Zone is required.

• Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to relate well to customers and understand their needs.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must be able to carry out daily responsibilities independently.

• Strong dedication to customer service.

• Proficient in assisting customers and coordinating with other agency team members.
