Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Provide oversight as they conduct telehealth services.

• Assist aspiring therapists in accumulating the clinical hours necessary for full licensure.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to emerging therapists.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license in good standing within the state of Missouri.

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor.

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates towards full licensure.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid regulations.

• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for secure virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
