Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for offering guidance to members and program personnel regarding psychosocial challenges related to health condition management.

• Conducts outbound calls to members to deliver health coaching and consultation services.

• Aids participants in altering self-efficacy behaviors and helps them find and access intrapersonal, family, and community resources that facilitate better health management.

• Provides advice to staff on methods and strategies to assist participants in recognizing and overcoming psychosocial obstacles to improved health.

⛳️ Requirements

• An MS in Social Work or a related behavioral health discipline is required.

• Three years of clinical experience is necessary.

• A current Indiana license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LMHC is mandatory.

• Relevant experience in a call center and/or healthcare environment is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Experience and sensitivity in working with diverse cultures.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Capable of identifying problems and opportunities and effectively communicating with management.

• Developing understanding of local, state, and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies regarding case management practices.

• Exhibit compassion, support, and collaboration with members and their families.

• Comfortable with asking relevant questions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

• Demonstrate and promote ethical conduct consistently.
