This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and manage mental health disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and situations.
• Meet with patients consistently to offer counseling, treatment, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and advise family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after achieving full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.
• Current, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on office location. Applications from candidates without a valid, active license will not be accepted. We are not currently recruiting associate or intern level therapists.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout your tenure with our agency.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient in guiding, directing, or influencing others.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have demonstrable experience in efficiently utilizing electronic health record systems to manage patient information, document clinical data, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adjust to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
• W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from the first of the month following employment.
