Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum.

• Facilitate group discussions employing a 'plug and play' method from approved modalities to align with members' needs within our clinical framework.

• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to enhance member support.

• Monitor member progress and document outcomes effectively.

• Foster a positive, recovery-oriented environment for all members.

• Participate in local community outreach to further the mission of Groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active LCSW license in Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia.

• At least two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting.

• High proficiency with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, and Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), as well as mobile applications.

• A strong sense of compassion, collaboration, and commitment to delivering quality care, along with a dedication to member success.

• Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week until 9 PM as required.

• Other desirable qualifications include experience and skills in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
