This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver a world-class experience at every customer interaction.
β’ Maintain an active resident health (and life, if necessary) insurance license, or the capability to renew the license before the start date, along with any state-required riders (Med Sup/Illness/Critical Care).
β’ Pass the AHIP test and annual carrier certifications successfully.
β’ Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans.
β’ Eagerness to learn about DSNP plans and Special Election Periods (Low Income Subsidy and Medicaid) for retirees who need to enroll outside the traditional Annual Enrollment Period.
β’ Skill in identifying the needs of Medicare prospects through a needs analysis-based selling approach, accurately addressing questions and concerns, and suggesting suitable plans.
β’ Enroll retirees in a compliant and efficient manner by following the provided scripts verbatim.
β’ Meet and/or exceed established key performance indicators.
β’ Manage inbound customer service calls and outbound dialing by supplying accurate and complete information to retirees, aiming to enroll customers in plans that suit their specific needs.
β’ Responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads with the goal of scheduling or completing appointments with participants.
β’ Proactively manage all appointments to follow up with prospects.
β’ Return voicemails within 24 business hours.
β’ Monitor internal chat and respond promptly to any inquiries or requests.
β’ Provide a consistently positive customer experience in an ethical and professional manner.
β’ Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with multiple screens are advantageous.
β’ Ability to quickly absorb new information and adapt to new processes and programs.
β’ Capacity to process a broad range of complex details and communicate them in simple terms to customers with varying levels of knowledge and education.
β’ Comply with call center performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, compliance, and sales productivity.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales and/or customer service, ideally in a call center or high-volume setting.
β’ Ability to understand the intricacies of Medicare insurance and adhere to all CMS regulations.
β’ No restrictions on contracting related to carriers and/or previous employers. Release documents are necessary if previously sponsored by carriers or other organizations.
