Licensed Benefit Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enroll retirees in suitable insurance products, such as health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.

• Guide Pre-Medicare eligible individuals regarding their available options.

• Deliver education on Medicare.

• Perform needs assessments.

• Support retirees in choosing the right plans.

• Offer customer service support during and after the sales process.

• Operate with scheduled appointments and no cold calling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Health Insurance license in the state of residence.

• Minimum of one year of sales experience required.

• At least one season of experience in Health sales is necessary.

• A minimum of one season of Medicare Sales Experience is required.

• Must be responsible, disciplined, team-oriented, and focused on quality.
