This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with an emphasis on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from various carriers.

• Offer client support and expert guidance throughout the policy writing and renewal processes.

• Prepare and present policy information and coverage options to clients.

• Maintain client records within the client management system.

• Resolve daily client inquiries, including claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates, promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid resident Health Insurance License.

• AHIP Certification for the current year.

• Completion of Carrier Certifications and Contracts.

• Necessary equipment to work remotely.

• Strong computer skills.

• Solid background in sales.

• Capability to communicate effectively through virtual platforms.

• Adhere to State and CMS regulations.
