Liberal Arts Mentorship Program – Virtual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take part in Citi Markets' four-week Liberal Arts Mentorship Program from September 14, 2026, to October 9, 2026.

• Engage with a virtual curriculum tailored to Citi's Sales and Trading and Quantitative Analysis sectors.

• Benefit from mentorship provided by both Junior and Senior Citi Markets professionals.

• Enhance your interview preparation, market knowledge, technical skills, and professional competencies.

• Attend the program's information session scheduled for August 31.

• Have the opportunity to interview for the 2027 Summer Analyst program in either Sales and Trading or Quantitative Analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

• Maintain a GPA of 3.3 or higher.

• Major in Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science/Data Science, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate a keen interest in Markets and a strong determination to excel in the industry.

• Possess a global perspective on the Markets.

• Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity.

• Be hard-working, detail-oriented, and diligent.

• Capable of quick thinking and multitasking.

• Focus on achieving both group and client goals.

• Be confident and comfortable interacting with clients.

• Communicate articulately in both oral and written forms.
