
Liability Peers Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide professional and prompt customer service from the initial inquiry through to the completion of the scheduling process.
β’ Assess referrals to verify accuracy, completeness, and the timeliness of the provided information.
β’ Review medical records to ensure all required documentation is included, such as treating physician information and pertinent case details.
β’ Maintain professional and effective communication with both clients and physicians.
β’ Efficiently coordinate and monitor scheduling tasks, managing multiple files at once while ensuring records are accurate and current.
β’ Utilize knowledge of medical specialties to appropriately allocate cases and assist in the peer review process (preferred).
β’ Manage radiology and imaging files using systems like DICOM, CLINK, Box.com, or comparable platforms (preferred).
β’ Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Knowledge of medical terminology and specialties is preferred.
β’ Experience in handling digital imaging and radiology files is advantageous.
β’ Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
