Liability Claims Adjuster – General Liability, Bodily Injury, Property Damage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluating and processing claims using well-structured action plans to achieve a suitable and timely resolution by investigating and collecting information to assess the claim's exposure.

• Negotiating the settlement of claims within the assigned authority.

• Keeping the claimant and the client informed about the claim's progress and processing.

• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and promptly responding to direction requests in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of claims management experience or a relevant combination of education and experience is necessary.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred.

• Knowledge of jurisdiction: Nationwide, particularly required for CA, FL, & NY licensing.
