Field Property Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site investigations by visiting the homes of policyholders

• Utilize claims management software, a company vehicle, and a laptop

• Assess claims-related damages and prepare estimates

• Act as the Company’s representative from a public relations perspective

• Employ strong customer service skills to negotiate settlements with policyholders

• Adjust all categories of claims

• Examine damaged properties

• Report incidents of theft, fraud, and arson losses as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

• Willingness to learn about insurance policies and property damage

• Friendly personality that enjoys engaging with diverse individuals

• Valid driver's license is required

• Capability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology.
