Level 3 NOC Team Lead – Systems Administration, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Delivers technical guidance, operational supervision, and escalation management within a 24×7 Network Operations Center.

• Guarantees the reliability of Windows, Linux/Unix, and associated infrastructure across various locations.

• Provides mentorship to Level 2 and Level 1 personnel.

• Facilitates process enhancements and manages incident responses.

• Supervises daily NOC operations and monitors system performance.

• Takes ownership of major incidents from identification to resolution and directs post-incident evaluations.

• Ensures that documentation and compliance records are properly maintained.

• Offers guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to junior team members.

• Prepares for Cyber Vault and Cyber Backup environments and organizes training for NOC staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of pertinent experience OR a suitable equivalent combination.

• Extensive expertise in Windows and/or Linux/Unix systems administration.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams in a 24×7 operational setting.

• Strong experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and operational reporting.

• U.S. Citizenship and residency required.

• Capability to work rotating shifts and support mission-critical operations.

• May possess dual Windows/Linux credentials if allowed.
