This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the skill development of course participants.

• Guide participants on their journey to Scrum certification.

• Conduct online training sessions and workshops in Agile project management and Scrum.

• Create and adapt training materials.

• Assist participants in preparing for the Scrum certification.

• Foster an interactive and hands-on learning environment.

• Carry out competency growth assessments.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance training methods and content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Agile project management.

• Ideally, experience as a trainer.

• Completed training or degree in project management, business, or a related field.

• Experience in applying Scrum and other Agile methods with current certifications.

• Excellent didactic skills and experience in adult education.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey complex content clearly.

• Independent and structured working style.
