This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Promote the development of competencies among course participants

• Conduct online training and workshops in Agile Project Management and Scrum

• Develop and customize training materials

• Provide support for preparations for Scrum certification

• Foster an interactive and hands-on learning environment

• Carry out competency growth assessments

• Continuously evaluate and improve training methods and content

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid knowledge in Agile Project Management

• Experience as a trainer

• Completed education or degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field

• Experience in applying Scrum and other Agile methods, along with relevant current certifications

• Strong didactic skills and experience in adult education

• Excellent communication abilities

• Independent and structured working style
