This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional and prompt email support to lender partners and internal agents.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for resolving issues, handling escalations, and providing troubleshooting assistance.

• Educate team members on departmental processes, tools, and best practices to maintain a consistent high level of performance.

• Perform audits to verify process accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

• Aid in the creation and presentation of training sessions for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of communications, issues, and resolutions.

• Proactively recognize opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to operational efficiency.

• Promote positive and collaborative team dynamics throughout the department.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, email support, or operations (experience in lending or financial services is a plus).

• Outstanding written communication skills with a professional tone and meticulous attention to grammar.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• High level of attention to detail and precision in all work aspects.

• Proficiency in using email platforms, spreadsheets, and other communication tools is crucial.

• Comfortable presenting and speaking during team meetings and training sessions.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced in developing reports, charts, and operational tools.
