This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with client intake, communication, and administrative processes for a personal injury law firm.
• Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.
• Guide potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in both English and Spanish.
• Manage sensitive information and oversee client communication.
• Respond to incoming calls and engage with potential clients.
• Conduct client intake interviews and collect necessary information.
• Translate and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with potential leads.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM or case management system.
• Assist with emails, document organization, and client follow-ups.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff regarding client matters.
• Help ensure clients feel supported, informed, and professionally assisted throughout the process.
• Support general administrative and office operations as the firm expands.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, compassionate, reliable, and client-focused.
• Experience in personal injury or legal support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, or case management software is a plus.
• Interest in long-term growth within the legal profession.
