Legal Support Specialist – Scheduling, Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assign attorneys for a high volume of daily hearings.

• Handle scheduling modifications, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs.

• Verify assignments and ensure complete and accurate coverage.

• Liaise with attorneys and clients to provide uninterrupted service.

• Make outbound calls to arrange hearings and address client requirements.

• Monitor metrics, keep scheduling records, and assist with reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and implementation.
