Legal Support Specialist – Scheduling, Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assign attorneys for a high volume of daily hearings.

• Handle scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs.

• Validate assignments and ensure comprehensive coverage is in place.

• Liaise with attorneys and clients to guarantee a seamless service experience.

• Make outbound calls to arrange hearings and assist client requirements.

• Monitor metrics, manage scheduling information, and aid in reporting activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and execution effectiveness.
