Legal Support Specialist, Scheduling, Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assign attorneys for a high volume of daily hearings

• Handle scheduling modifications, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs

• Verify assignments to guarantee complete and accurate coverage

• Liaise with attorneys and clients to provide seamless service

• Make outbound calls to arrange hearings and address client requirements

• Monitor metrics, keep scheduling records, and assist in reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and execution
