Legal Specialist, Disputes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act on behalf of clients, including start-ups, DAX-listed corporations, and private individuals, in commercial disputes.

• Manage mandates with a high degree of independence.

• Address cases involving recurring warranty law concerns.

• Prepare legal documents and pleadings.

• Attend appointments with clients and courts independently.

• Research and engage with legal issues, focusing on liability, competition, and corporate law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding academic qualifications (honours degree).

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience post-2nd state examination.

• Innovative and autonomous working approach.

• Passion for a diverse array of legal subjects, particularly liability, competition, and corporate law.

• Capability to think creatively and collaborate within a team.
