📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with corporate attorneys at both current and prospective clients to identify workflow challenges, propose solutions, and showcase platform compatibility.

• Convert customer insights and workflow feedback into actionable, attorney-oriented product strategies.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.

• Develop and enhance product demonstrations, workflows, and scenarios tailored for corporate legal teams.

• Present new features in customized, credible, and engaging formats for each client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a transactional practice, which may include M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate, or similar fields.

• Background at a prestigious law firm or a sophisticated in-house legal department.

• Strong comprehension of the workflows, challenges, and needs of corporate attorneys.

• Executive presence and adeptness in building relationships with legal professionals across all levels.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for live product demonstrations, workshops, and strategic discussions with clients.

• A profound curiosity regarding the potential of AI to revolutionize the legal sector.

• A practical, solutions-driven approach, a proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for engaging directly with clients.
