This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Professionally respond to and manage incoming phone calls
• Arrange appointments and oversee attorney schedules
• Facilitate communication among clients, attorneys, courts, and external parties
• Draft legal forms, documents, and transcripts based on dictated notes
• Organize legal paperwork and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Provide administrative and legal support tasks as required
• Guarantee timely completion of deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups
• Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information
• Assist the legal team with overall office coordination and workflow management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in computer usage with a quick learning ability for new software
• Professional, proactive, and reliable work ethic
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Prior experience in administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or secretarial roles
• Experience supporting legal professionals is advantageous
• Familiarity with legal terminology is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-centric approach
• Strong time management capabilities
