This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide daily administrative and legal assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
• Compose routine correspondence, legal letters, and internal documentation.
• Maintain well-organized case files, ensuring all documentation is precise and current.
• Upload, organize, and manage documents within the firm's case management system.
• Assist with various administrative tasks that facilitate legal operations.
• Request, organize, and track medical records along with billing documentation.
• Prepare case summaries, timelines, and supporting documents as instructed.
• Collect and organize documents necessary for demand packages.
• Keep detailed case notes and ensure accurate documentation of all case information.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure that assigned tasks are completed punctually.
• Conduct follow-up communications with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties as needed.
• Assist with documentation related to property damage and corresponding communications.
• Coordinate document requests and follow up to guarantee timely receipt of necessary information.
• Facilitate smooth communication between legal staff and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards and legal requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and client-related information.
• Support attorneys and case managers in ensuring efficient case progression.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in:
• U.S. Personal Injury Law
• Legal Administration
• Legal Support
• Litigation Support
• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based personal injury law firms is highly preferred.
• A C1 English proficiency level or higher (both written and spoken) is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adhere to structured workflows, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
