This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists the Operations Manager in implementing essential operational initiatives that improve the efficiency and scalability of RLS Legal Services.

• Concentrates on two primary areas: overseeing the transition of Ryan clients to RLS Legal Services Agreements and facilitating the intake of legal cases into Lead Docket and Filevine.

• Aids in the maintenance and enhancement of digital workflows utilizing Smartsheet, Property Point, Salesforce, Lead Docket, and Filevine.

• Works collaboratively with tax consultants, attorneys, and the RLS India team to guarantee precise data management and smooth case processing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of five years of experience in the professional services sector.

• Experience at Ryan is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Legal assistant experience and relevant experience supporting a larger legal firm is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft® Smartsheet, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• The candidate will receive training in third-party software programs utilized by RLS, including Lead Docket and Filevine.

• Capability to manage substantial amounts of electronic data and data fields.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Exhibits accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.

• Shows a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

• Strong project management capabilities.
