Legal Operations Analyst, Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and oversee commercial contracts, which encompass non-disclosure agreements, vendor contracts, and software licensing agreements.

• Support the management of patent and trademark portfolios.

• Perform intellectual property searches.

• Review product marketing materials for compliance.

• Aid in handling data subject access requests.

• Evaluate privacy questionnaires.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and various data protection regulations.

• Operate legal tools such as contract management systems and digital repositories, including Panda and SharePoint.

• Assist in managing and responding to RFPs, questionnaires, and inquiries from customers, IT support, and client customer success managers.

• Oversee the Company’s corporate insurance program.

• Collaborate with the insurance broker to ensure adequate coverage for all entities.

• Act as a key member of a global team and business partner aiding in company growth and international operations.

• Possession of paralegal certificates, such as Certified Paralegal (CP) or Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP).

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in technology, including legal research tools and document management systems.

• Capable of analytical and critical thinking.

• Effective communication abilities.

• Flexibility and capacity to manage changing priorities.

• Contract management certification is a beneficial asset.

• Proficiency in a foreign language with professional working capability is an advantage.
