This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Contract Management: Create, evaluate, negotiate, and oversee corporate and commercial agreements across all group entities, including client contracts, vendor agreements, employment terms, and internal policies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous operational and regulatory compliance with Singaporean, international, and offshore legal frameworks, especially within the quantitative trading, fintech, and payment sectors.
• Risk & Governance Advisory: Offer proactive, expert guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors on corporate governance, cross-border compliance issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
• External Liaison: Act as the main corporate contact to coordinate with external legal counsels, regulatory authorities, and international compliance partners as needed.
• Framework Establishment: Develop and standardize internal legal frameworks, corporate documentation guidelines, and ongoing compliance monitoring processes throughout the Group ecosystem.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent professional legal qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles specifically within quantitative trading, brokerage, payment systems, or financial technology industries.
• Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Singapore and international laws, coupled with practical knowledge of offshore corporate structures and cross-border compliance criteria.
• Drafting Expertise: Demonstrated ability in structuring, drafting, and independently managing a broad and sophisticated range of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Communication: Strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple international teams and entities.
• Mobility: Initially operating under a flexible arrangement, candidates must exhibit a high degree of adaptability.
• Strategic Direct Reporting: High-visibility role reporting directly to the Board of Directors and the Office of the CEOs, enabling you to influence enterprise-wide policy directly.
