This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of firm applications, encompassing configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance workflows and system processes that promote efficiency across various departments.
• Provide Tier 3 support for application-related issues, integrations, and data challenges.
• Monitor and support integrations across systems (e.g., DMS, O365, time & billing, practice management tools).
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with the firm's security standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base materials.
• Create and deliver training programs customized for different user skill levels and departments.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Assist with audits, security reviews, and change management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm or in support of legal software (required).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various levels of the organization, including non-technical users, attorneys, and leadership.
• A distinctive blend of analytical problem-solving abilities and a training/enablement mindset.
• Proven experience in developing and improving workflows, processes, and system efficiencies.
• Capability to adjust training styles and communication methods to cater to diverse user requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across applications, integrations, and system performance.
• High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through.
• Over 5 years of application support experience (law firm experience is strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, including upgrades, configurations, and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
• Experience in supporting integrations and identity/access management.
• Scripting or automation experience in Windows environments is an advantage.
