This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Evaluate, draft, and revise various contracts, including but not limited to sponsorship/endorsement, appearance, and content creation agreements.
• Investigate and assess specific legal inquiries, drafting memos and opinions that outline search findings, recommendations, and conclusions across multiple legal domains.
• Collaborate closely with all members of the legal department in every office throughout the company.
• Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L at an ABA-accredited law school in the United States.
• Applicants must possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong dedication to work is essential.
• Openness to asking questions and a desire to learn is required.
• Unmatched attention to detail is necessary.
• Previous experience in the sports/entertainment sector is not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word/redlining is advantageous.
• Candidates must qualify to receive law school credit as remuneration for this internship.
