This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address incoming inquiries through phone, web forms, and chat in real-time.
• Conduct brief and empathetic discovery calls (5–8 minutes) to collect vital case information.
• Utilize proprietary scripts and adhere to strict qualification criteria to assess case suitability.
• Employ an assumptive, sales-oriented strategy to execute live warm transfers or arrange callbacks.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), both spoken and written.
• Fully bilingual, proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or medical/legal office setting.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to type 45+ WPM while conversing with callers and managing multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
