Legal Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming SSDI inquiries and perform initial client intake.

• Collect and accurately log caller information.

• Evaluate potential client eligibility in accordance with intake guidelines.

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent.

• Previous experience in intake, customer service, or call handling is preferred.

• Knowledge of SSDI is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, although not mandatory.

• Must be available to work from 6:00pm - 2:00am Central Time.
