This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, product specialist, and expert in legal workflows.
• Collaborate with law firms and legal teams to implement, integrate, and enhance AI-driven legal workflows.
• Assist sales teams in showcasing the value of solutions and tailoring client offerings.
• Aid Account Managers in promoting adoption, expansion, retention, and ensuring long-term client success.
• Provide product demonstrations, use cases, and scenarios tailored to clients.
• Integrate Lexis+ with Protégé and Protégé Workflows into processes for research, drafting, document review, and knowledge management.
• Assess client workflows and design optimized AI-enabled processes.
• Customize Protégé Workflows to align with specific firm requirements and standards.
• Detect inefficiencies and propose scalable enhancements.
• Track client usage and promote effective and expanded engagement.
• Design and implement client onboarding and training programs.
• Support RFPs, pitches, workshops, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling efforts.
• Convey customer feedback internally and work closely with product and development teams.
• Assist in testing new features and measure as well as communicate the ROI and value provided.
• Juris Doctor (Master’s, LLM, or equivalent) required.
• Lawyer or solicitor qualification preferred.
• Background in a top-tier or international law firm, or on an in-house legal team.
• Strong comprehension of legal workflows and law firm operations.
• Proven interest in or experience with legal technology, AI, or innovation.
• Practical experience in deploying AI within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Solid business acumen and knowledge of the legal services market.
• Experience in a consultative, solution-focused client interaction environment.
• Capability to support pre-sales processes and foster post-sales growth.
• Ability to identify value drivers, upselling opportunities, and prospects for client expansion.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex legal and technical ideas into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with robust relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in French is advantageous based on the region.
