This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Respond swiftly to emails and internal communications.
• Attend and engage actively in scheduled meetings.
• Take charge of recurring tasks, including payroll reminders and approvals.
• Consistently follow up on assigned tasks without needing reminders.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to billing.
• Monitor and manage voicemails, ensuring timely assignment and issue resolution.
• Support billing processes and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide basic legal assistance when necessary.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events.
• Ensure deadlines are met for payroll inputs and internal processes.
• Maintain calendars, reminders, and task tracking systems effectively.
• Organize and manage daily office workflows.
• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• A legal background is highly valued.
• Knowledge of billing processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with case management or legal software (such as Smokeball).
• Familiarity with communication platforms like Zoom.
• Comfortable using document management tools such as Adobe.
