📋 Description

• Create and implement tailored workflows and vault templates for prominent law firm clients.

• Collaborate with firm stakeholders and LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to comprehend processes, outline scope, and deliver solutions to meet client requirements.

• Engage with firm leadership, practice heads, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to promote adoption and ensure ongoing usage.

• Assist in early-stage demonstrations and pilot programs showcasing the benefits of LexisNexis AI solutions.

• Identify gaps in products and opportunities for enhancements, consolidate client feedback, and work with product, engineering, and UX teams.

• Create and uphold resources for both customers and internal teams that support AI workflow strategies and successful implementations within firms.

• Foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at law firms.

• Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams in a senior consultative, customer-facing role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience at a large law firm with over 50 attorneys.

• Experience in Litigation or Corporate Law is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to establish credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through executive presence, legal insight, and AI knowledge.

• Extensive understanding of legal workflows, service delivery models, and the everyday challenges faced by legal professionals.

• Proficient in translating legal workflow insights into clear, workflow-specific value propositions.

• Demonstrated curiosity, conviction, and practical experience in applying AI and legal technology to enhance legal workflows and client service delivery.
