Legal Counsel – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the DocuSign environment, focusing on template enhancement.

• Engaging in organization-wide strategic initiatives as an operational representative.

• Assisting in the implementation and scaling of AI within contract management.

• Collaborating with data analysts to maintain and evaluate legal dashboards.

• Creating and improving standardized contract templates for internal stakeholders.

• Leading the review and negotiation of technology contracts governed by English law.

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders on legal procedures and enhancing operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.).

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar capacity.

• Proven history of enhancing legal processes.

• Hands-on experience in integrating AI-driven tools into legal operations.

• Established experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts.

• Proactive and adaptable mindset with the capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Background in IT, fintech, or regtech sectors is a desirable asset.
