• Take ownership of essential commercial responsibilities — Draft, review, negotiate, and simplify intricate commercial and technology agreements that support Pax8’s agentic marketplace ecosystem of vendors, partners, and customers.

• Demonstrated excellence in commercial law — In-depth expertise in negotiating, drafting, and advising on complex commercial agreements, including critical areas such as limitation of liability, indemnification, and risk distribution.

• Comprehensive understanding of data and technology frameworks — Acquainted with data processing concepts, privacy considerations, and regulations such as GDPR, along with a broader understanding of the cloud and software ecosystems.

• Strong commercial instincts and judgment — Confident in navigating fundamental legal issues such as privacy, security, and commercial risk.

• Curiosity about AI and a growth mindset — Eager to adopt AI tools, experiment with new technologies, and develop capabilities within a changing legal landscape.
