This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Conducting research and evaluating potential legal risks in the jurisdictions where the company operates

• Ensuring legal compliance across various business activities

• Drafting and modifying commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents

• Promoting awareness of legal obligations

• Developing legal processes to improve service quality and mitigate risks

• Engaging with partners, law firms, and service providers across different jurisdictions

• Proficiency in English (including legal drafting capabilities)

• 3-4+ years of pertinent experience with an international or prestigious law firm, or within an IT product company

• Proactive approach and a readiness to tackle a wide range of legal issues

• Results-driven, well-organized, and self-motivated

• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into straightforward business solutions

• Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the USA and EU is advantageous
