Legal Counsel – Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including vendor, affiliate, and partnership agreements.

• Prepare and update internal policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized legal documentation, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize legal risks and ensure operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide legal support for day-to-day business operations, addressing legal issues and offering practical solutions.

• Manage customer claims and legal concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely and legally sound responses.

• Work with external legal teams to resolve complex legal disputes when necessary.

• Assist in the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Law from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including exposure to international business.

• Strong spoken and written English language skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and processes.

• Strong research skills to stay informed about legal requirements and industry trends.

• Experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience specifically working with SaaS models is an advantage.
