This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the management, control, and monitoring of legal calendars, which includes tracking case closures, rescheduling, and deadlines;
• Submit documents to national electronic judicial and administrative systems;
• Keep track of court publications and electronic notifications, ensuring proper routing and processing of information;
• Generate procedural payment slips/guides and oversee the engagement of correspondents (local counsel);
• Register and maintain case information in internal systems, ensuring organization and data integrity;
• Manage document workflows and electronic signatures utilizing platforms like DocuSign, D4Sign, and Adobe;
• Issue civil, tax, and corporate certificates along with other necessary documents for client matters;
• Conduct case searches using CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID) and collect information for due diligence activities;
• Prepare and distribute monitoring reports for calendars and internal controls;
• Assist legal and institutional teams with operational procedures, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting any deviations to leadership;
• Collaborate with clients, partner law firms, and external consultancies to follow up on and fulfill requests.
• Proven experience in managing legal calendars, monitoring deadlines, and handling electronic filings/protocols;
• Background in issuing procedural payment slips and coordinating with correspondents;
• Practical knowledge of key electronic systems and portals including E-SAJ, Projudi, PJe, E-Doc, e-STJ, e-STF, TRT, DJE, e-CAC, SEFAZ, e-PAT, and FAP;
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, and controls);
