Legal Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to consumers through phone, email, and mail regarding overdue accounts

• Facilitate payment arrangements in line with company guidelines

• Accurately record all interactions and updates related to accounts

• Comply with federal and state collection regulations, including FDCPA

• Achieve performance targets while upholding exceptional customer service standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to maintain professionalism and empathy during difficult discussions

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous, though not mandatory
