This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough case intake discussions with attorneys.

• Evaluate case theories and devise focused expert witness search strategies.

• Convert intricate legal requirements into practical research guidelines.

• Manage complete client engagements from start to finish.

• Ensure prompt delivery and exceptional quality of outputs.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with attorney clients.

• Communicate findings and suggestions to key stakeholders.

• Anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.

• Act as a reliable advisor throughout the litigation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the PST time zone.

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in client or customer service roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Prior experience in legal, research, or professional services sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
