Legal Client Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough case intake discussions with attorneys

• Evaluate case theories and formulate specific expert witness search strategies

• Convert intricate legal requirements into practical research guidelines

• Manage complete client engagements from start to finish

• Guarantee timely delivery and outstanding quality of all outputs

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with attorney clients

• Share findings and suggestions with key stakeholders

• Anticipate and address potential challenges proactively

• Act as a reliable advisor throughout the litigation process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the PST time zone

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree

• 1-3 years of experience in client or customer service

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

• Robust analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities

• Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to overcoming challenges

• Prior experience in the legal, research, or professional services sectors is preferred but not mandatory
