This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will modernize legal services by participating in our mission to digitize, automate, and expedite legal processes.
• You will assist our lawyers and in-house counsel in managing ongoing cases.
• You will be accountable for calculating and tracking key deadlines and dates crucial for case management.
• You will coordinate and oversee all firm correspondence and manage our digital inbox.
• You will handle a variety of tasks in labor, social security, and tax law, independently executing both administrative and substantive casework.
• You will collaborate with us to continuously enhance our processes, share your ideas, and engage in cross-functional projects.
• You have completed vocational training as a legal assistant and exhibit strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• You possess excellent German language skills (native-level or equivalent) in both written and spoken formats, and your work style is precise, meticulous, and highly effective in prioritizing tasks.
• Reliability and initiative come naturally to you, and you can quickly adapt to complex subjects.
