This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Evaluate new clients and assist with their onboarding and registration process.
• Provide support for front desk operations and act as the initial point of contact for clients.
• Keep client records updated in Clio systems.
• Adhere to established scripts and internal protocols.
• Schedule and publish content on various social media channels.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters.
• Assist with light marketing activities.
• Record and monitor expenses in QuickBooks.
• Help with invoicing and basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Manage and respond to incoming calls using VOIP systems.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Executive Assistant role.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Service-oriented attitude with a genuine concern for others.
