This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of external lecturers, including the drafting, coordination, and issuance of framework agreements and teaching contracts.
• Developing, enhancing, and sustaining a nationwide network of lecturers along with a cross-departmental lecturer database.
• Collecting, coordinating, and systematically recording lecturers' availability.
• Planning, organizing, and executing onboarding processes for new lecturers (e.g., issuing lecturer ID cards, granting system access, and conducting initial briefings).
• Maintaining and managing all lecturer-related data within the Student Information System (e.g., CVs, framework agreements, teaching contracts, supplementary agreements, and exam authorization documents).
• Preparing and issuing certificates and reference letters for adjunct lecturers.
• Assisting in the design, enhancement, and implementation of processes and policies related to lecturer management.
• Actively fostering relationships with lecturers by organizing meetings, semester refreshers, and other exchange formats.
• Overseeing and monitoring the self-billing process in collaboration with pertinent stakeholders.
• Proven experience in recruiting external adjunct lecturers or freelance personnel.
• Proficient in utilizing databases, along with administrative and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills for effective planning.
• Basic understanding of billing and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and networking capabilities.
• Service-oriented and professional demeanor, demonstrating high self-organization and reliability.
• Proactive and structured working style, with the ability to coordinate across various departments.
• Experience in event organization.
• Background in higher education, adult education, or an academic setting is a plus.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
