Leave Payroll Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide internal assistance to our leave specialists regarding leave and payroll calculations.

• Collaborate with leave specialists to create tailored payroll plans and perform payroll reconciliations for our clients' payroll teams.

• Act promptly, accurately, and with a focus on meeting customers’ payroll deadlines.

• Ensure accurate calculations of customized payroll plans on the Sparrow dashboard.

• Engage and work effectively with a diverse range of key stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of an improved product in partnership with the Sparrow team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in data-driven operations, payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping.

• Exceptional spreadsheet proficiency, including Excel functions, formulas, and cell formatting.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating discretion and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

• A learner's mindset with a high degree of self-direction, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.
