Leasing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lease renewal process for the manufactured housing portfolio.

• Administer the renewal notice procedure across all operating states.

• Collaborate with Community Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to assess renewal and non-renewal choices.

• Maintain reports concerning renewals, rent adjustments, occupancy, pricing, collections, and retention metrics.

• Assist in operational decision-making by providing insights on renewal performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily, manufactured housing, or residential property management.

• In-depth knowledge of multi-state landlord-tenant legislation.

• Thorough understanding of lease structures in manufactured housing.

• Proficient in property management systems, with a preference for ManageAmerica.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Clear and professional communication skills.
