This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Leasing in formulating and executing strategic plans and annual objectives for the leasing department, including sales and marketing strategies aimed at boosting income and occupancy rates, reducing expenses, and enhancing the overall value of the program.

• Implement and oversee approved local marketing strategies, ensuring they align with budgets and adhere to program and company standards.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Corvias products, market-ready inventory, promotions/leasing incentives, residential market trends, and competitor communities.

• Review applicant waitlist reports and home assignments to identify challenges and collaborate with the Director of Leasing to create corrective action plans to mitigate or resolve vacancy issues.

• Supervise daily leasing operations for assigned military housing locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, fair housing regulations, and applicable laws.

• Take a proactive approach to enhance the efficiency of leasing operations, ensuring that procedures and processes fulfill business needs and foster a positive experience for prospects and residents.

• Manage the upkeep of the property management database, ensuring data accuracy and reliable reporting.

• Ensure the correctness of internet listings and current promotional initiatives.

• Spearhead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of diverse talent that contributes to company culture; foster accountability and ownership among team members through clear communication of expectations, supervision, and timely performance feedback.

• Facilitate the training and development of remote team members through coaching, motivating, and mentoring on company culture, business objectives, sales techniques, and leasing operations to support revenue and occupancy targets.

• Perform all responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant as required.

• Additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in residential property management focusing on leasing or marketing. A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity is required.

• Proven track record of taking initiative to enhance productivity and efficiency while also thriving in a remote, team-oriented environment centered around collaboration and accountability.

• Capability to lead projects and inspire a remote team to achieve organizational objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to organize individual and team activities to ensure highly productive operations that meet or exceed business targets.

• Proven success in coaching team members to enhance performance and training them on lead generation, cross-selling, upselling, and closing strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to maximize revenue through data-driven strategies, including market positioning, strategic promotions, and pricing optimization.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and accurately through phone, email, and text.

• Proactive problem-solving skills with strong decision-making capabilities; willing to seek help or guidance when necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and link leasing activities to overarching business strategies.

• Capacity to work remotely and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while paying attention to details.

• Customer-oriented with empathy for enhancing the customer experience.

• Proven ability to professionally engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, effectively resolving escalated customer concerns involving complex or sensitive issues.

• Proficient in computer applications, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and property management software.
